Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your Myvu product.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.


1. Returns – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

(a) Returns for products purchased at myvu.com website

If you purchased your product directly on our website and have obtained a RMA# from our customer service department, please follow the steps outlined below regarding sending your returned unit back to Myvu Corporation. Your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

(b) Returns for products purchased at a retail store
If you purchased your product through a retail location, your merchandise is subject to the retailer’s return policy. You should contact the retail location where you purchased the product, as return policies may vary. If the purchase is within the 30 day money back period and the retailer will not accept the return please call our customer service department at 781-326-8111 x100.  If the purchase is after the 30 day money back period it is subject to our normal warranty policy below.

2. Exchanges under Warranty

If you are experiencing any issues with the use of your product, please call our customer service department at 781-326-8111 x100 for assistance.

If we are unable to resolve the issue with your product to your satisfaction we will replace your original purchase assuming you satisfy the following conditions:

  1. Your Myvu product failed under normal use within the warranty period.
  2. You are the original purchaser and must supply proof of purchase.

3. Procedures for sending back a Return/Exchange Unit

1.         Call 781-326-8111 x100 to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA).  The RMA# is important as it will help us track the status of your return.

2.         Please pack the product in the original packaging.  If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure to communicate that to the customer service representative.

3.         The RMA# must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Myvu Corporation is not responsible for returned product received without a RMA# and may refuse such shipments or delay processing of a refund or replacement.

4.         You should use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that are able to track shipments.  You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.  Ship the package to the following address:

5.         Upon receipt of your return with appropriate RMA# attached, Myvu Corporation will process your return/exchange.  Please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
